Scottish Water needed to streamline processes within their Asset Management directorate prior to a re-structure.
Engaged through MWH to bring their largest department (Capital Investment Delivery) within the plan.
Led team of BAs to:
• assess project failures
• create remedial plans
• analyse business & system requirements
• lead process design (100+ processes) and removed process duplication
• recommended re-design of systems in line with process changes.
Successfully rescued project to deliver on time & delivered over £250k of savings from process efficiencies.
