Process Mapping Methodology Development
MWH had no formal process mapping methodology to bolster its service offering to clients.
Due to preliminary work done on this subject, I was selected as a key member of a global project team to develop a company-wide approach. I played a lead role in creating a global methodology which was cited as having the best process maps that MWH’s external IT auditors had ever seen.
The group selected methodology (based on IBM’s BPMN Model) and developed customised framework and using MS Visio I created a graphical representation of the agreed methodology and trained consulting teams in UK, US & Middle East.
