MWH were leading the implementation of a project optimisation system within Scottish Water. I was selected to support the MWH project team in to co-ordinate project activities and develop business processes to support users in utilising the system.

I led process design workshops, co-ordinated the roll-out of training to 200+ user and supported the training of users in the new system and processes.

This system was successfully implemented and rolled out to all users within the required timeframes.
