Capital Investment Delivery Project, Edinburgh, Scotland

Scottish Water was consolidating 5 disparate project & programme management systems to improve the delivery of major utilities infrastructure projects into one integrated suite of applications. The central application being implemented was Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management  by Oracle. I was engaged as in various roles within this project to ensure user requirements were met within first Capital Investment Delivery department of the Asset Management Directorate and then for Scottish Water corporate.
