As a freelance consultant, I support a few small businesses with their IT support the most notable being CH Faul Ltd (Dunedin) and Southern Victorian Charitable Trust (Dunedin).

CH Faul

Provider of all IT services to CH Faul Dunedin, a heat and air conditioning company.

My role was to install and manage their IT infrastructure.

This included managing the:

• Hardware and applications
• Telecommunication services
• Backup systems

I also facilitated the development of their website strategy.

Southern Victorian Charitable Trust

I designed and built their website and maintained it on behalf of the Trust for 10 years.

In addition, I undertook hardware and software support:

• computer purchasing
• email setup and administration
• networking and internet
